We had a spacious apartment at Champelli Palms and the manager was very accommodating, granting our request for a ground floor unit. On-site parking was convenient and we appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment. The location was excellent, close to Sea World and other theme parks. The pool area was nice and the secure parking added to our convenience. I would recommend this hotel.

Didnt like that they only gave us two towels so had to wash ours twice, didnt like that they have renters one was above us he wasent quiet but was nice.So if i had stayed longer would i have had to wash my own sheets.Never saw any staff.

Location.

A bit tired and scruffy. Could do with more tea towels, better tv reception, ceiling fans were old and noisey, the curtains were old and didn't keep the light out. The washing machine was broken, the range of cooking equipment was limited.

spacious,light and well equipt, and right on the bus route and you can walk the broadwater shoreline without crowds.

I thought $1 per toilet roll was an unnecessary rort. a single includedspare roll and 50c each extra roll would be more suitable. At $1/roll one would expect a juvenile runner on commission delivering it to the door. But seriously, no complaints. Very happy. Will come again next year, for longer.

Convenient cafes and restaurants nearby. Stunning water views for breakfast. Close to shopping centers and public transport. Pleasant and invigorating pedestrian/cycleway. Well-equipped flat with secure and free parking. Friendly reception with helpful recommendations. Great shower despite dated appearance. Spacious unit with two bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry. Huge balcony by the pool in a great location with a spa.
